I’m seeing a trend on Twitter among my single friends, they are challenging themselves to improve their lives in small ways by eating healthier, not drinking alcohol, or loosing weight. I commend them for these personal challenges in their attempts to improve their lives. It raises the question as to how do we challenge ourselves?
I like the idea of creating a small, manageable challenge to improve our lives, but I think people should turn it into a trend and tweet what they are doing. For instance, @chelseydc challenges herself to not drink alcohol during November and started #NoAlcNov. While I should join #NoAlcNov (I know I’ll fail), I’m going to challenge myself over the next month with One Hundred Pushups and tweet my status (which was a huge trend sometime last year). What’s your challenge?
