Question for Women: What Should We Shave?
Men are taught that our facial hair is an important part of our grooming. It can make us attractive (or not) and portray a sense of personality. We’re taught to shave by our fathers, the same way they were taught by their fathers. We have more than facial hair to deal with and ignore the conversation surrounding shaving our parts. It’s clear women have strong opinions about men shaving. The question I have is, do women expect men to shave and trim? Which is preferred, clean shaven or trimmed? Is there any other body hair (back hair, chest hair, underarm hair) that men should also shave or trim? Women, please provide your thoughts in the comments section below.

It depends what the woman wants. Before you say, ‘no!’ try finding out how uncomfortable it is to make-out with a outdoor mat. Or go try making out with a guy with a beard :)
Ok, top to bottom…Facial hair generally says to me that a guy didn’t give a dang how about getting to meet me. I shaved my legs. Would it have been so hard to shave your little bitty square inchage of chin? I love snuggling into chest hair, back hair should be professionally waxed, and then the parts you really were asking about. A complete slick shave turns me off but a nice thoughtful trim is just awesome. I can’t imagine doing it, seems like it would be tricky, but a clean slick shave only on balls gets them a little more action. However, this is my preference, the next chick will probably prefer it completely opposite. Its just one of those things that makes you hate dating and miss being in a long term relationship where you know this stuff about your partner.
I’m against back hair – sorry ! Can’t do that. So a wax is necessary. Chest hair – I don’t have anything against it; but if its a rug; then a trim would be nice. Groin – a trim if its excessive, the same way a man doesn’t want pubic hair in their mouth when going down on a gal; neither does she.
I’ve told two ex’s to trim (chest & groin) and neither had a problem with it. If I’m going to make sure I’m properly waxed, a little effort on the guys part is always gonna get him further.
Personally, I love it when a guy has a bit of a stubble; so I’d never complain on facial fuzz (especially if maintained well).
