About a month ago, I was given the opportunity to try out Michel Germain’s Séxüal Sugar Daddy fragrance. Michel Germain claims that this fragrance guarantees Hugs & Kisses, or your money will be refunded. I was skeptical, but, if the product guarantee was true I would need a large stick to fend off the horde of women; that was a risk I was willing to take. Over the last month I’ve experimented with the fragrance by including it in my daily routine. I alternated wearing the fragrance during my day to day activities and events. The results were mixed, however, I can’t ignore there were some effects when I wore the fragrance.

With Sugar Daddy worn, it seems that I received more attention from women. Either this was the fragrance doing it’s job or I need to take more showers during my day to day. While I received more attention while wearing the fragrance, it wasn’t guaranteed. There were some days where wearing the fragrance did not have any effect, but it seemed to better my chances. By wearing Sugar Daddy, I seemed to have an extra moment to make an advance, to get that extra bit of attention from a girl who you wouldn’t normally talk to. Let’s be honest for a moment, Sugar Daddy isn’t Love Potion No. 9, women aren’t going to fall in love with you even if you have poor wardrobe choices, or horrible pickup lines. Consider it, Flirt Potion No. 1.

As far as the fragrance itself, one of my friends described it as “sweet”, and “sugary”, to me which aren’t bad things. Unlike most of the cologne I’m used to wearing, Sugar Daddy is a light, soft scent. It doesn’t overburden, or dominate, but adds texture and is not flowery.

Would I continue to use the fragrance in my day-to-day life? Yes, it’s not going to be my primary fragrance, but it’s a part of the rotation. At most, it helps garner attention from women in the room, and at the very least, I smell really good. I like the fragrance, even without the gaurantee, and is a great addition to any male collection.
